This intermediate-level course examines the proper use of Powers of Attorney in Florida, including the proper way for an attorney-in-fact to execute documents and requirements for use by and for business entities and trusts. The program emphasizes a focus on real estate transactions and title insurance requirements, as well as common problems and anti-fraud concerns.
