The death of an owner of real property presents unique challenges to title examination because of the creation of estate tax liens, the unknown identity of successors in interest, and the affect claims against a decedent’s estate may have on the title to real property.
This program includes a framework for meeting those challenges and a demonstration of their application using title search results.
