This webinar will identify the key similarities and differences in the FR/BAR traditional contract and the FR/BAR AS-IS contract and will address the appropriateness and benefits of utilizing one form or the other. In addition, the course will take a critical look at the Financing Contingency and Inspection/Repair issues, and how and when to apply “cool tips” to address those troubling contractual “hot spots.”
