  • January & February - Message from the Board

We hope you and your family enjoyed a safe and happy holiday season.

We hope that the introduction of this newsletter has kept you “connected” to the Real Estate Council community since creating a community of real estate attorneys is at the heart of what we are trying to achieve. Our profession is confronted with many challenges including an ever-changing regulatory environment and a marketplace that does not always value the involvement of a real estate attorney. The RECs provide a vehicle for all of us to work together to address these challenges in way that each of us, acting alone, might not be able to accomplish.
