Brings many of the same benefits as Full Membership.
This includes receiving Fund Title Notes and monthly issues of The Fund Concept. In addition, Legal Education webinars and Fund Affiliate Events offer educational courses that address real estate law and ethical issues of special interest to the paralegal, legal assistant, and licensed title agent. The National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), The Florida Bar, and Florida Department of Financial Services approve courses for continuing education credits.
Affiliate Membership is available to Florida paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants and licensed title agents who meet the following criteria:
Employed by a Fund Member
Recommended by your supervising Fund Member attorney

Licensed Title Agency
Appropriate for licensed Title Agencies owned, in part, by an Attorney Fund Member
- Authority to issue title commitments, policies, and closing protection letters
- E&O Insurance; Fidelity Bond, and Surety Bond Required
- Licensed with State
- Annual Data Call (Florida Office of Insurance Regulation)
- Submit monthly escrow account reconciliations (Florida DFS Regulation)
- Subject to audits
- Annual re-certification required

Associate Membership
Appropriate for attorneys who want the benefits of Fund Membership, but who do not plan to write commitments or policies.
- Attorney licensed in Florida
- May not be employed by another title insurance underwriter
