Jim Kearn is a Florida board certified attorney in real estate and a member of both the Florida and Pennsylvania Bars. He received his B.A. degree from Georgetown University and his J.D. degree from the Cornell University Law School. He has represented national lenders in a wide range of commercial projects, including regional malls; apartment complexes; industrial development bond projects; hotels, marinas, golf courses; community development districts; and joint public-private ventures.

Mr. Kearn has considerable experience in government financed projects, including HUD projects, planned developments, construction and real estate litigation. He is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Commercial Real Estate Committee. He is also a member of NAIOP, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
