Senior Underwriting Counsel

Since joining The Fund in 1988, Ms. Clark has held various positions including Claims Vice President and Risk Manager. She considers herself a utility player on the team having worked in all departments within The Fund’s Legal Division.
Underwriting Counsel

Prior to employment with The Fund, Ms. Barrow was the managing attorney of a title company, a member of The Fund, and a partner at a firm focused on real estate litigation and transactions.
Ms. Barrow is admitted to practice in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Senior Underwriting Counsel, Commercial Services

Mr. Brown has represented private and public companies negotiating the terms of operational and construction financing and was involved with issuance of municipal bonds for utility financing. His practice included structuring and consummating 1031 exchanges, joint development projects, cellular tower site evaluation and closings and hotel project development. Mr. Brown is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, CREW Tampa Bay, Gulf Coast Builders Exchange and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Underwriting Counsel

Mr. Presley was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011 and is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. His prior experience includes working as an attorney for a title company and in private practice where he focused his practice on residential real estate transactions, trust litigation and probate matters.
