STEPHEN C.L. CHONG is a shareholder with the law firm of Mateer & Harbert, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. He is a 1982 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law and has practiced law in Central Florida since that time. Mr. Chong’s practice focuses on real property, corporate, probate and estate planning matters.
