Description

The pre-closing update is essential to minimize risk related to insuring the gap.  This session of New Agent Training provides instruction for updating the title search including name and property searches from the date of certification on the initial title search through a date more proximate to the date of closing, referred to as the most current certification date. A class exercise is included for attendees to perform their own survey read.

Debbie Hart, Education Administrator, Old Republic Title

Ms. Hart joined The Fund in 1986. Over the years, she worked in various positions, gaining valuable knowledge of the company’s products and services. Prior to joining the Education Department, she worked as Coordinator of the Product and Customer Management Department in support of the sale of Fund products. Ms. Hart spent three years as a Customer Training Representative, where she was responsible for presenting and training on DoubleTime, ATIDS and Propel. She now serves the role of Education Administrator, where she is responsible for the coordination of Agent Education webinars as well as the New Agent, Paraprofessional, and Commercial Training programs.
