Online Class Success
To learn as much as you can through this online training class, we encourage you to:
- Watch preview videos & take quizzes before class begins. The videos are approximately 6 hours in total.
- Follow links to additional resources, including handouts to download and online resources that help you develop your skills and knowledge.
- Webcams recommended for Online Class. Since you’ll be joining us online, we ask that you have your webcam on during the training so we can all stay connected and engaged. It really helps the facilitators get to know you and makes the whole experience more interactive for everyone. If something pops up and you need to step away or turn your camera off for a moment, no worries — just try not to make it a habit.
- Test your system & try a test session. The live virtual classes will use Zoom. You may need to download Zoom software to participate.
- Mark your calendar. Live virtual classes start at 9:00 am and reconvene at 2:00 pm. All times refer to the Eastern Time Zone.
- Ask questions. The Education team is here to help and provide assistance.
