Post-Hurricane, ALTA 2021 Forms & RON Resources
Dear Members,
So many of you are in difficult, if not heartbreaking, situations as a result of Hurricane Ian. Please let us know if you need help in the form of office space (conference room etc) or possibly production help. We have had many Members reach out and offer varying levels of support for each other. Email me at mmurphy@thefund.com and I will see what we can do to help. Fund Members take care of each other! It's been very gratifying to see the generosity of our Members.

ALTA 2021 forms. The new forms are now available on our website; they are not currently available through DoubleTime or EClosing-DT. (We will keep you posted on those availability dates.) But if you want (or need) one of the new forms, you can find links to download the new Commitment, Loan and Owner's policies, Endorsements and the Short Form Residential Loan Policy. More on ALTA 2021 Forms: Webinars. To help you and your staff learn more about the new forms and pose questions in real-time, The Fund will be conducting a number of Town Halls. The first of these free live webinars, which we’re calling The Shape of Things to Come: Things to Know about the 2021 ALTA Policy Forms, will take place on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022 from 12 pm – 1pm ET. Help with RON? Many of you have a need for assistance with situations in which the seller needs to sign their documents via Remote Online Notarization…..and you are new to this process and not familiar with the "ins and outs" of it.
