Let’s Change the Laws: Take this Brief Estoppel Survey

Dear Members,

Wire fraud tip.  I received a lot of responses to my blog posting last time about wire fraud.  One suggestion that came from a Member was this:  keep your own log of "safe" wire instructions for the lenders you work with that need to be paid off.  Make sure you compare what is on the payoff letter with what you have in your "safe" log.  If there is a discrepancy, you need to investigate!
