Great webinar. Our Legal Education Department has put together a two-part webinar that we are calling A Dirt Lawyer's Guide to Probate Essentials. It's airing Tuesday, August 6 at noon and Tuesday, August 13 at noon. Legal Education Attorney Kara Scott will be leading the presentation and I have been told that "it's a winner!" Another good webinar - on Rules of Civil Procedure. Many of you handle litigation matters…..or have partners that do. This information is a "must read" for both you and those colleagues. The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure are about to get the most substantive overhaul in a generation. Attorneys that litigate must be ready and must understand what these amendments will do and how they will impact your cases, including the ones you have pending right now. Do not be unprepared when these amendments take effect. Fund Real Estate Forum. I continue to sing the praises of our real estate forum as a great resource for all Fund Members. Our Forum is an old-fashioned list serve where Members can post questions they are facing in their practices about a myriad of topics (you never know what people will bring up!) and ask for feedback and advice from each other.
