Description
In analyzing the responsible issuance of a title insurance policy, the title agent must assess risk to the title insurance underwriter. This analysis includes applying real property law and reviewing published guidelines for dealing with unique fact patterns which may present unusual insuring risk.

Caleb Hinton is Senior Underwriting Counsel based in Orlando. Caleb obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminology and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University. In 2023, Caleb became a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate attorney. Prior to joining the Fund, Caleb’s real estate practice focused primarily on commercial leasing and commercial land transactions including acquisitions, development, and sales.
