Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate.

Lightweight clothing is not recommended.

  • Presentation areas are air-conditioned and may be cold at times.
  • The microphone battery pack will clip to waistband/belt, and may stretch clothing under the weight of the battery pack.

Technical Rehearsal

Two weeks prior to Assembly, you will be contacted to schedule a 15 minute onsite technical rehearsal.

Attending the Technical Rehearsal is essential to the success of your presentation and the event overall. The tech team will run a sound check while you get acquainted with the stage and briefly browse your presentation. You will NOT have time to run through your entire presentation.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled technical rehearsal time.

Presentation Time

Check in with the stage manager at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled presentation time.
