This one-hour, intermediate level course will examine the similarities and differences in advertising and marketing rules for attorneys and title agencies.  This program will also educate Florida attorneys on their ethical responsibilities when using generative artificial intelligence in advertising and marketing campaigns. The course will also review Marketing Services Agreements and Affiliated Business Arrangements as tools to avoid RESPA violations.
