Philip N. Kabler, Esq. is a Senior Counsel at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A. Mr. Kabler holds law licenses in Florida, Connecticut and Virginia (Associate Status), as well as admissions to various Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court. He graduated from Brandeis University (Waltham, MA) in 1982, Magna Laude with High Honors in Philosophy, and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (Philadelphia, PA) in 1985.

Mr. Kabler has practiced since 1985 in both law firm and in-house settings in Norfolk, VA, Hartford, CT, Miami, FL and Gainesville, FL. He was an administrator with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice - District III for five years. Mr. Kabler has taught at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business Administration, the University of Florida - Levin College of Law and Santa Fe College.

In 2012, Mr. Kabler was appointed to the Florida Supreme Court to a second three-year term on The Florida Bar Foundation board of directors. He was appointed in 2014 to the Eighth Judicial Circuit Local Professionalism Panel. Since 2009, he has been a board member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association. Mr. Kabler is a member of The Florida Bar Business Law Section, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (Commercial Real Estate Committee, Real Property Finance & Lending Committee) and the Animal Law Committee.
