Ramona Chance received her B.A., J.D., and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. Her law office is in Gainesville, Florida. Philip N. Kabler, Esq. is a Senior Counsel at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A. Mr. Kabler holds law licenses in Florida, Connecticut and Virginia (Associate Status), as well as admissions to various Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court. He graduated from Brandeis University (Waltham, MA) in 1982, Magna Laude with High Honors in Philosophy, and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (Philadelphia, PA) in 1985.
Mr. Kabler has practiced since 1985 in both law firm and in-house settings in Norfolk, VA, Hartford, CT, Miami, FL and Gainesville, FL. Melissa Murphy is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC. Prior to joining “The Fund” Ms. Murphy was a partner in the firm’s real estate department. She attended Florida State University and obtained her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in 1976. She then attended law school at the University of Florida, graduating with honors in 1979. She entered private practice in Gainesville and has maintained an active real estate practice where she focuses on transactions, title insurance, and real estate development clients. She also has an active probate practice.
Ms. Murphy is very active in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, having served as Chair of the Section in 2007-2008. She is also a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Attorneys and serves on the Board of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc. She has been very active in the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, serving as President of that organization in 1988.
Ms. Murphy is an adjunct professor at both the Warrington College of Business and the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.
