Dear Members, I haven’t sent a blog in several weeks because there wasn’t much new to talk about. But time is running out on my remaining tenure at The Fund, so I decided to go ahead and post some thoughts about FIRPTA, FinCEN, and fake title agencies...all things you already know about. Otherwise, my only option was to go convert my grandson’s crib into a toddler bed……..
