Description
As a title agent issuing title insurance policies, it behooves the new title agent to have a good understanding of what the policy covers and excludes. This program explains how a title insurance policy works, including Covered Risks, Exclusions and Conditions and the interplay between them.

John Benson received his B.S. degree in business administration and economics from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to joining The Fund, Mr. Benson was in private practice with a concentration in real estate transactions and closings. He has been a guest lecturer at Nova Southeastern Law School and an adjunct professor at Palm Beach College. Mr. Benson is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
