Assembly
How and when will I receive Assembly materials?
Your Assembly conference name badge and materials will be available at the Assembly pre-registration check-in desk.
Assembly Conference Manual
- All attendees receive a digital manual. A link to download the manual will be sent via email in advance of Assembly. It is recommended to save the file on your personal device. We encourage all in-person attendees to download the digital manual before the event starts to ensure a smooth, seamless experience and to be fully prepared.
- If you ordered a printed manual, it will be provided when you pickup your conference materials at the Assembly pre-registration check-in desk.
What are the scheduled events for Assembly?

- Reception on Thursday, May 14 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Expo.
- Breakfast on Friday, May 15 from 8:00 am - 9:00 am.
- Luncheon on Friday, May 15 from 1:05 pm - 2:25 pm.
- Reception on Friday, May 15 from 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm in the Floridian ballroom.
- Breakfast on Saturday, May 16 from 8:00 am - 9:00 am.
No other social events have yet been announced; please check back for further details.
What should I wear?
Educational Sessions
- Business casual attire is appropriate. It is recommended to wear pants, long sleeved shirt or top, a jacket or sweater when in the air conditioned ballrooms.

When should I plan to arrive at Assembly?
Allow plenty of time (at least one hour recommended) to park, check in at the hotel and Assembly at the Registration Desk.
- The Registration Desk will open at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 14.
- The Expo will open at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 14.
- The Education Session begins at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 14.
Will Assembly be filmed and photographed?
Yes. We’ll have videographers and photographers on-site to record the action at Assembly. By attending this event, you give consent to Old Republic Title to possibly be photographed and videotaped. Photos and video footage will be used for broadcasting and social media purposes.
Does the Assembly have a code of conduct policy? 
Yes. We all deserve to work and participate in events with a professional environment in which we are treated with dignity and respect.

Unacceptable behavior, such as offensive comments, intimidation, inappropriate physical conduct and unwelcome sexual attention at Assembly functions will not be tolerated.
Consequences for participants violating the Assembly Code of Conduct will include expulsion from the Assembly event and there will be no refund of registration or other fees.
Complaints should be brought to the immediate attention of any Old Republic Title staff person present. Alternatively, complaints may be emailed to concerns@thefund.com.
The Assembly Code of Conduct applies to participants, vendors, guests and Old Republic Title employees.
Registration
How do I change my name on my name badge?
Name badge changes may be made with Old Republic Title personnel at the Registration desk after arrival to the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
How do I make a change to my Assembly registration?
Changes may be made online or email events@fl.oldrepublictitle.com.
After April 22, 2026, changes may be made with Old Republic Title personnel at the “Onsite Registration” desk after your arrival to the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
How do I register?
Registration opens February 2026. You can register online by visiting the Registration page.
I can't attend the full conference. Is partial or daily registration available?
No partial or daily registration is offered.
May I bring a guest?
Absolutely! Additional guest tickets can be purchased at the Assembly Onsite Registration desk.
- Thursday reception tickets are $65.
- Friday luncheon tickets are $55.
- Friday reception tickets are $125.
Guest tickets do not provide access to attend the educational sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cannot attend, your cancellation may be made online or emailed to events@fl.oldrepublictitle.com on or before Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued after April 22, 2026 deadline.

Does the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek have onsite parking? How much is parking?

The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek offers 24-hour valet parking and self-parking options.
Hotel guest parking will be charged to the hotel room.
Discounted Parking Rates for Assembly Attendees:
- Valet Parking: $36.40 plus tax
- Overnight Self-Parking: $18 plus tax
- Daily Self-Parking: $25.20 plus tax (Discount Pass at Registration)
The Waldorf Astoria offers 24-hour valet parking and self-parking options. Overnight guests have in/out privileges.

Is there a daily resort charge and what does it include?
An optional daily resort charge will be added to your room rate per room, per night and includes:
- Premium High Speed Internet access (excluding meeting rooms) for up to 2 devices
- Two (2) Bottles of Water Daily
- Access to the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club practice facility
- Access to the Fitness Center
- 20% discount on Spa Treatments at the Waldorf Astoria Spa

Education
When do the programs begin?
Educational programs begin Thursday, May 14 at 1:00 PM and conclude Saturday, May 16 at 11:00 AM.
We recommend that you plan your arrival to the hotel to allow ample time to park and check-in well in advance of the start of the event.
Which hotel will be hosting Assembly?
All educational sessions and events will be held at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
Will I be able to view Assembly sessions after the conference has ended?
On-demand access will be available to the recorded sessions in June.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday sessions will be recorded.
A link to view the recorded sessions will be sent via email to registrants in June.
Will there be accreditation for Assembly?
Yes, continuing legal education accreditation is coming soon.
Networking
Is the networking reception included with registration?
Yes, the Thursday Reception and Friday Reception are included for Assembly attendees.
Guest tickets are $65 for Thursday’s reception and $125 for Friday’s reception, available for purchase at Registration.
When are the networking receptions?
The Thursday evening networking reception will be held from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at the Expo.
The Friday evening networking reception will be held from 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm at the Expo.
