Exhibitor & Sponsor Terms of Service
Fund Assembly takes place at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Florida on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 15, 16 and 17, 2025.
Attendees are key decision makers in their law practices and businesses. Exhibitors and sponsors will be promoted to attendees in the pre-event marketing, during the event and through end of year on the event website.
The Fund will provide opt-in attendee contact information to the exhibitors and sponsors two weeks in advance of the event.
Registered company personnel will have access to the Fund Assembly Expo, excludes access to educational sessions.
Exhibitors and Sponsors agree to provide necessary resources and materials to complete their Fund Assembly Expo experience by the deadlines provided. The Fund reserves the right to refuse inappropriate content which does not meet The Fund's standards and Code of Conduct.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing by April 23, 2025 and submitted via email to events@thefund.com. Refund is subject to $100.00 processing fee. No amount will be refunded after April 23, 2025 deadline. Amount refunded will be issued in the same form as payment received. Allow 30 days for processing.
