Our History

In July 2009, Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. (which has provided extensive support for the real estate practices of Florida attorneys since 1948) and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company formed a joint venture called Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC. The joint venture provides technology, education, marketing support and underwriting to Florida real estate attorneys in keeping with The Fund's mission to preserve and facilitate the real estate practices of its Members in their protection of the public.

 

Mission Statement

The Fund is in business to promote and facilitate the real estate practices of Fund Members in their protection of the public. 

The Fund accomplishes its mission and earns the loyal support of Fund Members by providing quality, competitive, and innovative products, services, and education, maintaining The Fund’s profitability and recognizing the essential value of our employees whose contributions are indispensable in accomplishing our mission.

The employees of Attorneys' Title Fund Services (The Fund) believe that these are the essential core elements of Customer Service Excellence at The Fund: Respect, Accountability, Data Driven, Innovative, Customer Service Excellence, Agile and Leadership. In practicing these elements, both internally and externally, The Fund provides CSE with the vision of enhancing its long-term partnerships and earning the support, loyalty and dedication of our members and employees. Customer Service Excellence is not just something we do at The Fund, it is our way of life.

  • Every employee recognizes he or she contributes to customer service, serving both internal and external customers.

  • Every employee plays a primary role in supporting Fund Member Agents and supporting The Fund's Mission "…to promote, preserve and facilitate the real estate practices of its members in their protection of the public."

  • The customer's perspective will always be a consideration in the decisions of The Fund.
