ALTA 2021 Forms Update

The new 2021 ALTA forms (including a new Commitment, Loan and Owner’s Policies, Short Form Residential Loan Policy and Endorsements) will be available in October.

Use of the new forms will be mandatory after a short transition period.

• DoubleTime is being updated to include the new forms.  
• E-Closing DT is being updated to include the new forms. 
• Non-DoubleTime users will be able to download the new forms on thefund.com.
