Description

Following the collapse of the Champlain Towers in 2021, the Florida Legislature enacted a series of laws that has impacted the sales, mortgaging, insuring and management of Florida’s condominiums. This session will focus on the legislation, their effects and how it will continue to impact the Florida real estate industry in 2025 and beyond.
