This 50-minute Florida Bar-accredited program will cover the basics of Florida’s homestead law.  Partial ad-valorem tax exemption will be reviewed as well as protection from forced sale and restrictions on alienation, including the “spousal waiver” statute.

This webinar is approved for 1.0 general and 1.0 towards real estate certification credit with The Florida Bar and 1.0 hour of continuing education with NALA.
