Serving as Escrow Agent: Beyond the Contract

Description: Statutory duties imposed upon the escrow agent arise in a variety of contexts, including time shares, new single-family residential closings, and new condominium purchases. This webinar will examine the role of the escrow agent and case law affecting the escrow agent’s duties, an attorney’s ethical considerations, as well as the escrow agent’s right to seek interpleader relief.
