This one-hour, intermediate-level program will address the ethical duty of Florida attorneys and title agents to mitigate the continuing risk of wire fraud in real estate transactions. The course will examine new types of secure payment, including RTP (Real Time Payment). The program will further address how to direct proceeds to sellers in different situations and to answer questions that may arise when sellers have unusual circumstances or special requests.
