When an LLC is a seller in a real estate transaction, who can bind the LLC? Unlike corporations or partnerships, the answer is not always apparent. This program will address the structure of an LLC, formation considerations, and legal requirements. Additionally, the program will review avenues for collecting information from public and private sources to reach conclusions as to who may legally bind the company. The course will also review other considerations of significance when an LLC is involved in a real estate transaction.
