The program interweaves “hot spots” and “cool tips” garnered from real-life practice situations, examining common issues, conflicts, and advice for how to deal with specific situations including tenants, force majeure, lender practices, escrow dispute, local customs, and areas of frequent debate among real estate practitioners.
