Michael J Posner is a partner at Ward Damon Posner Pheterson & Bleau, a multi-disciplined law firm primarily serving South Florida. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, homeowner/condominium association representation, complex real estate litigation, and wills, trusts and estate planning. Mr. Posner has handled real estate closings from $100,000 to over $47 million and has examined over 8,000 title files covering vacant land, single and multi-family homes, large commercial buildings, condominiums and co-ops and other unique land interests. He has also provided expert testimony on complex title matters.

He has been in practice since 1987 and is Board Certified in Real Estate Law. Michael is a founding member of the Palm Beach Real Estate Council. Mr. Posner earned his Juris Doctorate at University of Florida College of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Florida.

His professional involvement in the local community includes Foreclosure Commissioner of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development, Special Magistrate of the Palm Beach Value Adjustment Board, and Special Magistrate of the Village of Wellington Code Enforcement Board. He currently is the President of AircooledforCharity, Inc., a charity raising funds for Autism and Alzheimer’s.
