The Settlement Statements module automates and speeds the preparation of the Closing Disclosure, HUD, GFE HUD, and other settlement statements. Data entry is streamlined because much of the information has already been entered in other modules, such as the Closing File. When working with a Closing Disclosure form users have the ability to click in most areas of the Closing Disclosure and enter data directly on to the form. Calculations automatically populate reducing repetitive typing of data. The Closing Disclosure training presentation consists of six training videos. The first training video in this series will cover the preparation of page 1 of the Closing Disclosure.
