Approval of the 2006 ALTA Forms

Today, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation approved the use of the 2006 ALTA Forms.  These forms are available for immediate use by Fund Members.  In Florida, after March 1, 2011, the use of the 2006 ALTA Forms will be required for all loans sold and delivered to Fannie Mae.

For DoubleTime. users, you may obtain the 2006 ALTA Forms by downloading the latest version of DoubleTime. 5.1.7 at DoubleTime Downloads.

For 4Real users, you may obtain the 2006 ALTA Forms by downloading the latest version of 4Real at 4Real Product Page.

For Non-DoubleTime users, you may obtain electronic jackets through ePolicyManager. Downloadable and editable 2006 ALTA Schedules and Endorsements are available at Title Insurance Forms.

Please note, American Land Title Association requires a license to use the 2006 ALTA Forms. To obtain more information on the requirements for this license or to obtain an occasional use waiver, please go to http://www.alta.org/membership/Intro.cfm.

Finally, Fund Members will return all Old Republic National Title Insurance and Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. serialized paper jackets from the 1992 Owner's Policy (OPM/OPR), 1992 Mortgagee Policy (MPF/MP), and 1992 Short Form Loan Policy (MPP) to:
