ALTA Series 14 (Future Advance) Endorsements

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation is in the process of reviewing and approving revised ALTA Series 14 Endorsements for use in Florida by all title agents. These revised endorsements will be available for use starting July 1, 2012. As part of this regulatory process, the ALTA 14.1-06 Future Advance Knowledge Endorsement is being withdrawn as an approved and available endorsement.

Until the revised ALTA Series 14 Endorsements become available, Fund members should not issue any of the current Series 14 Endorsements without obtaining prior approval from Fund Underwriting Counsel.

The Endorsements affected by this action are:

• ALTA 14.0-06 Future Advance Priority

• ALTA 14.1-06 Future Advance Knowledge

• ALTA 14.2-06 Future Advance Letter of Credit

• ALTA 14.3-06 Future Advance Reverse Mortgage
