The PowerPoint will be used as the visual aid for your Fund Assembly presentation.

Steps for Submitting Your Presentation

Step 1:

Download the PowerPoint Presentation Template file. Note - All presentations must be completed in the provided PowerPoint template; we cannot accept presentations in other formats or styles.


Refer to our PowerPoint Presentation Guidelines below for further instruction.

Step 2:

Upload the completed PowerPoint presentation.


Presentation PowerPoint Guidelines

Readability

  • Slide text should be minimal and concise.
  • Charts and graphs should be large, easy to read, and used only to enhance the message.
  • Avoid using fonts smaller than 16pt as it will be difficult to read.
  • Do not attempt to fill white space by stretching or squashing your images.
  • Make sure all graphics are high resolution and do not look pixelated.
  • Only use colors/fonts designated in the Fund Assembly PowerPoint template.
  • Do not override the template with dark or complicated backgrounds.

 

Format

  • PowerPoint MUST remain in a 16:9 format. (Widescreen)
  • 4:3 format WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

 

Graphics

The use of graphics, charts, photos and clip art is encouraged to enhance your presentation.

However, if your graphics don’t align with brand standards, revisions will need to be made and you will be contacted.
