Description

Access is essential for the use and enjoyment of real property. A lack of access can adversely affect its value and marketability. This presentation will cover the creation of valid easement rights and the requirements to insure access to real property.

David A. Miller is a shareholder of Peterson & Myers, P.A., and serves as the firm’s President and CEO. Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Auburn University, a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, and his law degree from Wake Forest University. Mr. Miller practices in the firm’s Lakeland office and represents clients throughout the state in the areas of real estate law, agriculture law; banking and finance; education law; and business law. Mr. Miller previously served as General Counsel for a commercial real estate and agricultural company. Mr. Miller is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar and the North Carolina State Bar, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, and is also a member of the Tenth Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee.
