4.1 Can I use the BILL transaction to make file adjustments?

• Yes, at NO charge. File adjustments to extend a file, number of names or legals within a file can be made using the BILL transaction.

4.2 How soon will my charges appear within the BILL transaction?

• The billing charges will appear the day after a charge has been incurred. For example, if you open an ATIDS file today, then the charge and invoice number for that file will appear on the next business day.

4.3 Will paid (closed) invoices show in the BILL transaction?

• Yes. This transaction is a history of all invoices generated in ATIDS.

4.4 How long will invoice information for my account remain available in this transaction?

• The invoice data will be maintained and available on-line for 1 year from the original invoice date.

4.5 Will I be able to sort the output of the invoice data the way I want?

• No. The invoice data will print in File/Name order. However, you can enter selection criteria to reduce your search by month, date, a date range, file or invoice.
