Old Republic Title, The Fund, and Qualia are bringing you a faster and easier way to order and manage your title commitments – directly within Qualia Marketplace.
This new integration:
- Eliminates manual emails and XML file uploads
- Reduces turnaround time
- Gives you a simpler digital workflow from start to finish
How to get started:
- Open your file in Qualia Core
- Go to Marketplace → Title Services → Title Search Plus
- Search for “The Fund” and choose your product:
- 10 yr Search Plus - Residential - Commitment A&B, Residential (R20)
- Full Search Plus - Residential - Commitment & Policy A&B, Residential (R24)
- Commercial Current Owner Search Plus - Commitment A&B, Commercial (C20)
- Commercial Full Search Plus - Commercial - Commitment & Policy A&B, Commercial (C24)

Note: The Fund will no longer provide XML files or hard copies through Propel or ShareFile for Marketplace orders.

Your Fund logon credentials are used for all integration connections to The Fund. Specific permissions are required to order products, generate CPLs and jackets, and submit and pay policies. Learn how to apply User Access Rights so you can receive data faster and more efficiently.
