Real estate professionals have among their fiduciary duties the ethical obligation to review transaction documents, mortgage payoff statements (estoppel letters) and all forms of photo identification to ensure their legitimacy and authenticity. This one-hour course provides helpful tips and practice pointers to assist in meeting that responsibility.
