We can elevate your agents bottom line with no fee banking and provide them with a boutique banking experience with a bank that understands title. We don't offer a discount because we currently charge no fees. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES to our settlement service clients. This includes incoming and outgoing wire fees, monthly maintenance fees, check scanners, mobile deposit, stop payment fees, etc. We also provide their check stock and if they need a cashier’s check, we will overnight it to them or their receiver. Additionally, we offer positive pay decisioning via mobile device and/or PC, our wire room is open to 6pm ET for those late day closings and we have no daily limits.
