The Bay Area Real Estate Council hosted a presentation on 1031 Exchanges by Janet Schaum of Old Republic Exchange at their quarterly meeting on June 11th at the Centre Club.
On June 19th the Broward Attorneys’ Real Estate Council welcomed Manuel Farach, Esq. to present his very popular Real Property Case Law and its Impact on Your Practice to a packed house at the Lauderdale Yacht Club.
The North Dade & Beaches Real Estate Council will hold their regularly monthly luncheon on July 10th at Tony Roma’s in Sunny Isles Beach. Fund REC Relations Manager Rene’ Rutan will present an update on REC benefits and resources available to REC members. She will also give an overview of statewide REC activities and events.
The Capital Region Real Estate Council has partnered with the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar to present a Second Circuit Legislative Update featuring Sarah Butters, Esq. of Ausley McMullen, Trey Goldman, Esq., Legislative Counsel for Florida Realtors®, and H. French Brown, Esq. of Dean Mead.
