Michael is a partner in the firm who concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, including assisting property owners, lenders, and developers with commercial and residential development, acquisition, financing, title, and leasing.

Michael’s experience includes representation of a multi-state developer in the development, financing, leasing and sale of over 100 stores and representation of a lending institution in transactions totaling over $30 million in financing. He is also certified to close United States Small Business Administration (“SBA”) 504 Loans.

Michael has been named a “Top Lawyer” by Naples Illustrated in 2021 and a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers® in 2020-2021 for his work in the field of real estate law.

Michael graduated from Bishop Verot High School and currently resides in Fort Myers. When not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Leah, and their two children.

Michael serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Lee County Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast and President of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Council. He is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Society.
