ALTA 2021 Forms

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) has approved the 2021 American Land Title Association (ALTA) forms for use in Florida.

The use of the new forms will be mandatory after a short transition period.

ALTA 2021 Forms, Schedules, Commitment Jackets and Endorsements - Download 

The 2021 policy forms are available in ClosingVue. DoubleTime is being updated. Fund Members who use DoubleTime can begin using the 2021 forms by downloading the fillable forms. Fund Members will be informed when the forms are available in DoubleTime and other closing software.
