This three-hour, intermediate-level course will examine the FR/Bar residential purchase and sale contract in depth. The course begins with an examination of the FR/Bar structure, discussing each main paragraph as to its relevance, application and key issues. The course continues with a discussion of dispute resolution, an examination of the definitional “Standards” built into the FR/Bar and key “riders” or addenda. Finally, the course will recap key takeaways and explore common practical concerns for real estate practitioners.
