Robin Stein Cardella, J.D., Director of Business Development, TitleTap

Robin Stein Cardella grew up in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut area and graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. She then applied her love of learning and abilities in complex analysis into obtaining a degree in Law.  Robin clerked for law firms and a Professor at Western New England University School of Law where she graduated and then served as a principal in a title search company in Connecticut.

In 1994, Robin relocated to Tampa, FL after being recruited to join Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.  Due to her success in strategic leadership and championing her staff to deliver outstanding customer service, she was promoted through various management positions and in the early 2000s became Vice President & Mid-Florida Operations Manager.

As a senior leader, Robin set the strategic direction of Sales and Education departments focused on providing value-added services and resources to Title Agencies, Agents, and Attorneys.  Over the years, Robin’s areas of responsibility included oversight of Title Plants, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.  She served on the Eastern Title Group’s Marketing Committee and was recognized for outstanding contributions to Old Republic’s Shared Success program. 

In 2016, Robin received certification as a “Secret Service Agent” and Customer Experience Cycle Workshop Facilitator with The DiJulius Group.
