Melanie Flesh, Senior Auditor, The Fund
Ms. Flesh started in the real estate industry in 1987 working for a mortgage servicing company as a receptionist and worked her way up to Mortgage Accounting Manager where she was responsible for over 150 bank reconciliations monthly which include GNMA, FNMA and Freddie Mac along with many small investors. In 1997 she went to work for a mortgage origination company in the Secondary Market, Post Closing and Mortgage Modification departments. Then in 2006 she joined The Fund as a Post-Closing Specialist and in 2017 she transitioned into the role of an auditor and in 2020 was promoted to Senior Auditor. Ms. Flesh recently completed the Paralegal Certification course thru Seminole Community College.
