Cynthia Raleigh, Underwriting Manager, Commercial Services, The Fund

Cynthia Raleigh is The Fund’s Commercial Services Manager based in Orlando. She joined The Fund in 2018 as a Commercial Services Underwriting Counsel. Cynthia earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, and a B.S. from New York University. Cynthia is Board Certified in Real Estate and is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law section.
 
Before joining The Fund, Cynthia gained commercial transactional and land use experience at both national and boutique law firms. She advised developers, homebuilders, and individuals nationwide in sales, purchases, leasing, and financing. Her experience includes retail, hotel, mixed use, and large-scale residential development.
