Ch. 11 – Title Endorsements in Commercial Transactions
Description
Title policy endorsements, like the policies themselves, are governed by Florida rules and regulations. A variety of endorsements rarely seen in a residential transaction are commonly requested in commercial deals. This segment will review the commonly requested endorsements and provide practical guidance when lenders request affirmative coverage through an endorsement not approved for use in Florida.
