Linda Monaco received her B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University.  She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for Connecticut and is retired from the Connecticut Bar.  Ms. Monaco is a Florida Board-Certified Real Estate Lawyer and a Florida licensed real estate instructor. Ms. Monaco has written and presented numerous seminars and webinars. Ms. Monaco has presented several times at Fund Assembly and Fund Affiliate Assembly on topics such as Best Practices, FIRPTA, Ethics, Sovereignty Lands, Liens, Property Assessed Clean Energy Funding (PACE), and Probate and Trust. She has served as master of ceremonies at the Fund Affiliate Assembly multiple times. She also presented Basics of FIRPTA to the National Association of Realtors ® as well as a short program on Property Assessed Clean Energy Loans (PACE Loans) to FLTA and RPPTL.
