Description

Once-valuable commercial properties sometimes become subject to regulatory enforcement due to environmental contamination of soil and groundwater, adversely affecting their usefulness and marketability. This presentation will be an overview of regulatory authority used to repurpose the use of environmentally impaired properties using various examples of properties which have gone through such a process.
